How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@getpocketlocker.com

Please keep in mind that orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

My Order Arrived Damaged. What Do I Do?

We check all orders multiple times before they leave us, however if your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please;

email us at: info@getpocketlocker.com, with your name, order number and photos of the issue.

 

Does My Order Include a Warranty?

All orders include a 1 year warranty. Please note that directions for use must be followed for the warranty to apply.

The warranty will not apply if:

- Items have not been washed as per instructions

- The product has been used outside the scope of its intended design and instructions for use.

 

Should Children Use POCKETLOCKER?

No. POCKETLOCKER contains safety pins which are small, sharp objects. Please keep the product away from children.
