Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, contact us at info@getpocketlocker.com. If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We offer a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects, excluding damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or storage.

Refunds will be processed upon inspection, minus original shipping costs for change of mind returns. Refunds for unclaimed packages will be processed minus shipping costs and return fees.
